Collagen Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Syrup
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 280 g powdered sugar
- 250 g water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
For the Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 250 g 2% milk
- 2 espresso shots
- 2 tbsp pumpkin syrup
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon for decoration
- 10 g Collagen Evolution food supplement

- Pumpkin Syrup Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour into a sterilized jar and let cool. Store in the fridge.
Then
- Heat the milk and add 10g of Collagen Evolution.
- Pour 2 tbsp of pumpkin syrup into a glass.
- Add the two espresso shots and mix.
- Add the hot milk and mix.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
