Right of withdrawal

Refund Method
The refund can be made via a payment method similar to that used for the purchase. However, it is possible to process the transaction by another payment method, according to the prior agreement established between the buyer and FRENCH FILLER, to avoid any additional fees.
Shipping costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases explained in the chapter "Terms ofRefunds and Returns – Disputes".
In the case of a return of only part of the order*, according to the opinion expressed by the DGCCRF in November 2008: shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered (weight ratio per shipment), FRENCH FILLER may issue a pro-rata refund for the items returned by its customer.
Right of Withdrawal – Required Proof
The buyer must prove that they have complied with the legal withdrawal period (14 days). They can do so by contacting us in several ways:
By dropping off their package at the Post Office or with a distributor, a carrier (deposit receipt),

Terms of Refunds and Returns – Disputes
In case of loss, damage, or defective products
Upon receipt of physical proof of loss, damage or defective products, FRENCH FILLER may reimburse its customers proportionally to the products concerned and/or returned.
FRENCH FILLER reserves the right to defer the actual refund of the order until physical proof of damage and/or defective products is received. Once received, we commit to refunding the amount of the order concerned.
FRENCH FILLER may offer to refund the order under the specified conditions or resend the order concerned with the customer's agreement.
For a defective product, the consumer has 7 days from receipt of the package to contact customer service and provide proof.
In case of order errors / expired products
FRENCH FILLER undertakes to refund the order* or resend it upon obtaining physical proof of the dispute: The correct receipt of the package and the products of the aforementioned order.
Change of mind (no other reason) without opening the product
We will leave shipping costs to the customer's charge. We reserve the right not to refund or accept the return of the order concerned if the customer has damaged the products in the package.
Change of mind (no other reason) after opening the items
We will not accept any refunds or returns. These products must remain unused with intact packaging. For perfume sales, as Baby Blossom does not have plastic to seal the box, a returned perfume can only be refunded if its pump has not been activated. If the customer decides to return the product (at their expense) and we find that the perfume pump has been activated, they will have to pay the delivery costs again to get their perfume back. There will be no refund for the product, nor for outbound and/or return shipping costs. We therefore ask our customers to ensure that they do not "test" the perfume before returning it.
It is also necessary to specify in our general terms and conditions of sale that the site uses JavaScript technology.
We cannot be held responsible for material damages due to the use of the site. Furthermore, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment and an updated, latest-generation browser.
T&Cs: FRENCH FILLER is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.
