What is the delivery time? When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier. At French Filler, you have several options:
- Package pickup at Pharmacie du Trocadéro, 106 avenue Kléber, 75116 Paris
- Colissimo: delivery in 2 to 5 business days to your home against signature or to a relay point
- DHL Express: place your order before 3 PM, and it will be delivered the next day before 6 PM!
- DHL Premium: place your order before 3 PM, and it will be delivered the next day before 12 PM!
(Excluding weekends and public holidays)
The delivery time is longer than expected. What should I do?
Sometimes the delivery time is exceeded, but this does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. Generally, if the delay is due to our logistics, you will be notified by phone or email.
It also happens that the delivery time is longer than expected, for example during Christmas or Black Friday periods when the volume of deliveries increases sharply for carriers. The duration can also be extended, particularly due to weekends and public holidays.
Some examples with shipping via DHL:
- I place my order on Monday before 3 PM with DHL → I receive it on Tuesday
- I place my order on Monday after 3 PM with DHL → I receive it on Wednesday
- I place my order on Friday before 3 PM with DHL → I receive it on Monday
- I place my order on Friday after 3 PM with DHL → I receive it on Tuesday
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. A second email will be sent to you with your order tracking number.

How to use French Filler skincare daily?
French Filler treatments are easily integrated into your beauty routine. Apply the serum to clean, dry skin, morning and evening, before your moisturizer. Dispense a few drops into the palm of your hand, warm between your palms, and gently press onto your face, neck, and décolleté. No need to rub — the hyaluronic acid formula absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue.
Can I combine your products with other skincare products in my routine?
Yes, our treatments are formulated to integrate into any existing beauty routine. They are compatible with moisturizers, SPFs, eye creams, and cleansers. We recommend starting with the lightest textures (serums) before the richer ones (creams). Just avoid directly mixing the product with another strong active ingredient like a retinol or AHA — apply them alternately morning/evening if needed.
How to store my French Filler products?
To preserve the effectiveness of our formulas, store your products away from heat, direct light, and excessive humidity. An ambient temperature between 15 and 25°C is ideal. Avoid leaving your skincare products in the bathroom if it is very steamy — a shelf in your bedroom or dressing room is perfect. After opening, products can be kept for 12 months (PAO indicated on the packaging).
Are your products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be tolerated by sensitive skin and have been dermatologically tested. They are fragrance-free, denatured alcohol-free, and dye-free. If you have reactive skin or a history of cosmetic allergies, we recommend performing a patch test on the inside of your wrist for 48 hours before applying to your face. If in doubt, consult a dermatologist.
Are your treatments suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our hyaluronic acid treatments are generally well tolerated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as HA is a naturally occurring component in the body. However, each situation is unique: we advise you to consult your doctor or midwife before introducing any new treatment into your routine during these periods. What is hyaluronic acid and how does it work on the skin?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a molecule naturally present in our skin, capable of retaining up to 1,000 times its weight in water. It plays an essential role in skin hydration and elasticity. With age, the natural production of HA decreases, leading to a loss of volume and the appearance of wrinkles. Our formulas combine different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid: high molecular weight molecules form a hydrating film on the surface, while low molecular weight fragments penetrate deeper layers for in-depth plumping.
What assets complement hyaluronic acid in your formulas?
Our formulations are based on carefully selected active ingredients to amplify the action of hyaluronic acid:
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3): evens skin tone, tightens pores and strengthens the skin barrier
- Panthenol (provitamin B5): soothes, nourishes and promotes skin repair
- Silk peptides: smooth texture and provide an immediate silky feel
- Damask rose extract: antioxidant and soothing, it supports the natural radiance of the complexion
Each ingredient is selected for its tolerance, proven effectiveness and compatibility with all skin tones.
Are your formulas natural and eco-friendly?
We formulate with high standards: our active ingredients are selected according to strict naturalness and safety criteria. The hyaluronic acid we use is biotechnological (fermentation), non-animal — a more ethical and stable alternative to HA extracted from rooster combs. Our formulas are paraben-free, sulfate-free, occlusive silicone-free, and phenoxyethanol-free. We work with certified European suppliers committed to responsible sourcing.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. French Filler is a 100% cruelty-free brand. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We do not market our products in countries that require animal testing. Our products are dermatologically tested on human volunteers, in compliance with European cosmetic regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009).
