Delicious recipe: Collagen Cookies
Chocolate chip and collagen cookies, a gourmet snack
Ingredients for approximately 15 collagen cookies
- 250 g flour
- 125 g softened butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
- 150 g Collagène Evolution (i.e. 10 g per cookie, distributed among 15 cookies)
Preparation of collagen cookies
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and powdered collagen. Set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars
- In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
Add the wet ingredients
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture. Mix well until smooth.
Incorporate the dry ingredients
- Gradually add the flour-collagen mixture to the wet mixture. Stir gently to obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add the chocolate chips
- Incorporate the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly.
Form small dough balls with your hands or two spoons. Place them on the baking sheet, spacing them sufficiently apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. The edges should be slightly golden, while the center remains soft.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
