Ridoki, or how to boost your skin's radiance

What is a ridoki used for?

A tool originating from traditional Chinese medicine, the ridoki is a roll-on covered with small metal spikes. The Ridoki quickly established itself as a skincare essential!

Used for centuries in acupressure, a ridoki massage activates blood circulation, leading to better tissue oxygenation. Properly oxygenated skin is firmer and more supple.

Acupressure is a type of alternative medicine (or complementary medicine) derived from traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on stimulating certain points on the face through pressure and massage techniques.

Furthermore, a ridoki massage stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, thereby slowing skin aging, preventing wrinkles, and reducing existing ones. The complexion becomes brighter, more radiant, with a glow effect.

Using a ridoki allows for better absorption of skincare products into the skin, maximizing the benefits of the active ingredients they contain.

How to use your ridoki?

To maximize its effects on the skin, it is essential to learn how to use your ridoki correctly. 5 minutes daily are enough to benefit from the advantages of a ridoki massage.

First, it's important to prepare your skin.

  • Cleanse your skin with a suitable cleansing gel to unclog pores and remove any residues of dead skin, pollution, or excess sebum.

Once the skin is prepared, you can perform the following movements:

  • Start at the forehead with horizontal movements from the center outwards, then vertical movements from bottom to top.
  • Then from the sides of the nose outwards towards the face, passing under the cheekbone up to the ears.
  • Next, the nasolabial folds from bottom to top.
  • Then, from the center of the chin outwards, moving up to the ears.
  • Finally, descending from the neck to the décolleté.
