Ingredients for the collagen pumpkin spice latte
For the pumpkin syrup
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 280g granulated sugar
- 250g water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
For the pumpkin spice latte
- 250g semi-skimmed milk
- 2 espressos
- 2 tbsp pumpkin syrup
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
- 10g Collagen Evolution food supplement
Preparation of the collagen pumpkin spice latte
Preparation of the pumpkin syrup
- Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour into a sterilized jar and let cool. Store in the fridge.
Then
- Heat the milk and add 10g of Collagen Evolution
- Pour 2 tbsp of pumpkin syrup into a glass
- Add the two espressos and mix.
- Add the hot milk and mix
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
